Hello

I bought a Z5c, and received it yesterday. when i turned it on , on the first welcome screen, the box to prevent informations to be sent to sony is grey out because the phone is a prototype. this was not precised by the seller. What should i do ?

Would it be possible for you to get back to me with the IMEI number of the device in a private message? The first 4 digits is enough to start with.

You can find the IMEI if you open up the Phone application and type in *#06#.
