    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1261373"&gt;@601010&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do I understand correctly that when you go to Settings &amp;gt; Wi-Fi, you are not able to turn it on at all?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that is the case, try restarting your device in safe mode and see if there is any change when your downloaded applications aren't loaded. A normal reboot will start up your downloaded applications again so nothing will be deleted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also reset the network settings in your device if you go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Network settings reset &amp;gt; Reset settings.
