If you have any questions regarding the service such as service routines, warranty and consumer laws, these kind of questions are best answered by your &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;local support team&lt;/A&gt; as well, as they vary between markets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that gave an answer to your question!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>softkey woes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just after purchasing a brand new XZ5 compact. I do enjoy playing a game or the other once in a while. Since they are full screen either landscape or portrait mode, I've found that the game buttons can't be tapped if a softkey potentially lays above them (they are not visible of course)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a setting I've missed there, since I appear to be the only one with such an issue around the internet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For games in landscape mode I need to turn the screen, for portrait mode games I simply can't do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android is 7.1.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ggrmbl&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Touchscreen test&lt;STRONG&gt; revealed an inactive region in the lower Part of the screen. Can this be fixed or Do i have to return it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
