My phone only rings for a short time (10 sec.) before switching to voice mail. Very frustrating as I have to ring back

Hi @Gaye1, let me see if I can be of service here.

As the dial time is set by service providers, there is no way to increase the time span before incoming calls are switched to voice mail using the settings in your phone. If you want to increase the length of time that the phone rings I would suggest that you cet in contact with your service provider.
