Hello,

I have Sony z5 premium. I am having this error on my phone when I put the pin number. " system UI has stopped. Result I can't unlock the screen at all. I had tried to connect the phone with computer and tried to repair on Sony companion. But still getting message to unlock the screen So result can't repair at all.I tried on safe mode as well but still the same. Please someone suggest me how to fix it. Coz I can't update anything, can't get inside the phone to do anything.thanks

Try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion but while your phone is turned off. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Use the link for a detailed guide.
