got resetted phone without google account details

Hi guys!

I got a Z5 compact but i don't know the google account details. It's resetted and now i have to log in with the acc which was registered before the reset. The problem is i don't know the account details and i don't have contact to the friend who gave it to me. How can i fix this?

I hope my english isn't that bad.

Hi @Samu3 ;

How did the reset was performed? If you made a factory reset within the settings menu of the device you should not need the Google account credentials, if made in any other way I am afraid you need the Google credentials of the Google account in the device before the reset.

The reset was made with xperia companion. I solved it in the meantime because my friend sent me the account details. 😄
