Have you tried restarting your device in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; and seen if the same error message appars when downloaded applications aren't loaded? If you haven't tried that, please do and report back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
