topic Z5 Premium won't charge in Z Series

I just got a Z5 Premium less than a few weeks ago. I've barley used it, and now I'm unable to charge it. It recognizes the USB when I plug it in, but after 8 hours of just leaving it in, it only charged 10 percent. The charger is fine, so I want to assume it's the port that's having issues. I've tried cleaning it out, and there's nothing back there. (At least not until a piece of the toothpick got stuck in there, but that's not the main issue).

Help.

Please.
