So i'm having a weird touch screen problem:

Some places on the screen just don't register the left or right swiping motion. I can't even pickup the phone! When i want to type e.g. on messenger i can't type specific letters because the phone registers it as the 2 other letters left and right next to the desired letter. I tried hard resetting and safe mode. Disabled wake up on touch and gloves mode. What can i do to mend the situation?

If i rotate i cannot "click" or swipe in the same areas. The problem still persist in landscape but the buttons the problem suspends are different obviously.

I just forced the phone to turn off and turn on again.

I tried to make a save with the companion but it got stuck at the music section, i waited around 8-10 hours to finish. Didn't finish so i gave up on it. I did not do a factory reset since i need the phone numbers and all the programs that i signed in. If the problem still apply to the fresh factory reset then i won't be able to sign in to those apps again since i cannot type specific letters. Repairing with the companion is basically the same as the factory reset if im not wrong. Thanks for the answer!
