    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1218143"&gt;@affan-ghifari&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To remove the screen lock, the device will need to be reset and you can do this in two different ways, however both of them will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The first option is to perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; and a computer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The second option is to reset the device using the Google service called &lt;A href="https://www.google.com/android/find" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Find My Device&lt;/A&gt;.
