Ant+ is not working

Hi,

so I have this brand new Xperia Z3compact (D5803) and I have installed the Ant Radio Service and

the Ant Plugins Service. When I use ANT Tester it tells me that Ant+ hardware has been detected

but there is no servcie.

I tested with Bluetooth on and off, WiFi on and off, Airplane mode on and off, NFC on and off.

I prevented the Ant Radio Service and Ant Plugins Service apps from being optimized by the

battery manager.

I also have an Xperia Z1compact and there ist works, but only if a SIM card is in the phone and

Airplane mode is off. Otherwise I get the same result as on the Z3c.

Has anyone an idea?
