    <description>&lt;P&gt;All of them have this. Out of the box design flaw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*cough* Looks like Sony hasn't done basic engineering.*cough*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My solution was to gently massage the top portion of the phone squeezing on both sides. It comes back every now and then.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
