Hello!

I'm writting because i realized that my Sony Xperia Z is hardlocked due to incorrect unlock codes...

I checked that by *#*#7378423#*#* where i found this:

[x] Network 0
[ ] Network subset 0
[ ] Service provider 0
[ ] Corporate 0
[ ] SIM 0

So i'd like to know if there is a solution to unlock my phone...

it seems that if you use a code 5 times you won't be able to unlock the phone at all, you could try to flash a different firmware with flashtool or use SUS or PCC but I doubt it will reset this.

I don't know how to flash a different firmware with flashtool and i don't know what it does to the handset...

I notice that i'm able to use SUS. Do you think it'll be ok with that? What it does to my phone?

SUS will reset your phone, flashtool will install a different software/firmware.

SUS i the best way to reset the phone instead going to settings and restore it to factory default?

By this i can't unlock my phone, right? So i only can try now flashtool as last option?

what code was it? your sim pin code? if thats it then you gota insert PUK code if you didnt do that and gave something else then you gota request new sim card, or was this the lock code you added but failed 5 times?

it appears on the screen :

is it fully unlocked?
