Hi @Alias1519, welcome to our forum!

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum.

If you see a message that screen overlay has been detected, one or more of your download applications are the cause of this behaviour, so I would recommend that you restart your device in safe mode and do what you need to do, so you don't have to uninstall one of the applications from your device.
