    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1149346"&gt;@King2028&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure I understand you completely, you completley, bu regarding updates, Xperia Z5 no longer will get new software updates or android versions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are experience that kind of behavior, please try to &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fvolivzrc4" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;boot your phone into safe mode&lt;/A&gt;. By doing so, you can&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To enable safe mode: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Press and hold down the power key. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Touch and hold Power off until a pop-up message appears. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Tap OK.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you run your phone in safe mode for a while and you don’t experience any problem, the problem you’re having is most likely related to a third party app that you’ve installed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you experience the problem, try to reboot your device without the sd-card (if you have one). If that solves the problem, that your sd-card could be damage!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If any of this helps, you can&amp;nbsp; perform a factory data reset. This is sometimes the best solution if your device stops functioning properly, but n&lt;STRONG&gt;ote that it will delete all personal content saved on the internal memory of your device.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Make sure to back up data that you want to keep - you can do it on Xperia Companion. This is normal because in these conditions the device uses more power than usual and therefore generates more heat.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
