I´m really sorry about that 😕

Pelase, note that if you use your device to talk, transmit data, or play games or music for an extended time, the device may get hot. This is normal because in these conditions the device uses more power than usual and therefore generates more heat.

I´m saying this because i had myself an Z5 till 2 weeks ago. I now have an XZ and that kind of problems are trully gone. The same for the rest of the X line! I hope you get a chance to play with one of the newer devices and check for yourself. Because, believe, i quite understand thar frustration!

My phone is exactly the same cant watch youtube for more than 10 mins cant record video for more than 10 mins message just keeps coming up about some app wont work because of over heating really poor phone i think iphone looks better quality than this peace of rubbish

Same issue for me I cant take video or capture photos more than 2 minutes. Overheating issue irritating always with this phone. Sony just make this phone for a show. It's not worth for this price. Really bad feel with this phone. Still no solution for my issue. Also Headphone jack not working. Within one year I got lot of problems with this phone.

How is the problem going to be solved when your only solution is to opt for a different model? We're not talking about the xz model but the premium line. I didn't use multiple app at the same time and my z5 heats up and drains my battery.

Truly z5 is an amaizing phone, from it's camera to its display. But overheating and hunging is a big problem. my work is to repair returned phones by supplies and this is the main reason this phone is returned. I cant do anything about it.
