Hi Sony GSupport,

I had faced problem that my E6883 model is not even boot up but it can vibrate( x1 ) after I try to switch on device by pressed power button.. I also try to press & hold power + (+) volume button and it vibrate ( x3 ) but it just blank screen. Sometime it just blinking red 4 times and 5 times if i connect it at wall charger( UCH 20 1295 -9705.1, output 5v=1500mA ) ..

My Pc device manager can detect E6883 but I didnt press (-) volume and it detected as SOMC flash device..

previously my z5 suddenly switch off slowly (screen) by it self on my hand and at that time battery left is 14%..

Is there any error for 5 times blinking red if 4 times mean lcd/digitzer issue?

*sorry for my lack of english.

Thank you for support.

Hello @Ikie86

Sorry to know that 😕

If i´m not mistaken, red light means hardware problems. I recomend you to go to your local Sony store ou retail store to get the phone analized by an Certificated Sony Center.

By the way, did you try reboot your device without your sd card?

When you connected your phone to the PC, does Xperia Companion recognizes it?
