    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon everybody!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About XPERIA Z5 COMPACT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suddenly, the buttons of the touchscreen of the lower row of the display (back \ home \ tabs) stopped working. In the same time on the lock screen mode, the buttons from same row works properly (microphone / camera / lock). All other areas of the screen also respond properly. Reboot, reset to factory settings, update and restore the software did not gave a result. The test of the touchscreen (via the utility built into the phone) did not reveal any problems. The phone was not fall down, an was not in a water.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will appratiate any advice due to this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yours faithfully,&lt;BR /&gt;Sergei&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sergei,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1121105"&gt;@PTICA&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the comunity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to search for that kind of problem in the web but got nothing &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recomend that you go to your local Sony Center, or retailer so the phone can be analized by an autorized Sony Center!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, let me know how it goes&lt;/P&gt;</description>
