Every time I tried to use tethering its automatically stop working.

Mind the language, also on that screenshot, your phone is on airplane mode, It's NOT going to work.

I'm sorry for the language I used, as u shown on that screen shot the phone was on flight mood but let me tell you the fact its not the issue with flight mood. Even I'm switching off the flight mood and trying to use tethering it shows the same.
