Shutdown without a reason

Hi. I wanted to give my Z3+ to my son for christmas. It shutted down at any percentage charged and didnt started with power button. Only if i plugged in the charging cable it shows the percentage and the power button starts the phone. I put it to a repairshop they put in a new battery but the problem still remains. It dont shut down while on charging but after i disconnect it shutdown directly or after few mins or hours and i dont know whats the problem. I thought about software error but i cant flash another one cous the bootloader unlock is not allowed and repair with software on pc didnt helped... Pls help

You don't have to unlock the bootloader to flash the phone, you can use xperifirm or flashtool, but the issue seems more of a hardware issue rather than software.
