Z5 premium random touch, cant swipe down.

Hello hope someone can help me..

Im having an issue with my z5 premium E6883.

1. A few day ago, i reliazed that my phone wake up the screen itself. I wonder why, once i unlocked the phone it began touch randomly itself. It happens sometimes..

2. Random touch already gone, but now new issue, i cant swipe down the notification bar. I tried to restart, and yes i can swipe down the noti bar after that. But unfortunately, it stays for just a few minutes, and then it happened again, cant swipe down the noti bar.

3. I run the diagnostic for touchscreen test, and here is the result, i cant touch the top of the screen inside the red mark, thats why i cant swipe down the noti bar. Sometimes it can touch after restart the phone, but for just a few minutes.

I hope someone can help me with this problem.. Having many problem since may2017.. Very dissapointed.
