Headphone jack is not working

After upgrading my phone to Nougat, I have a serious issue with my headset.
Whenever I am trying to connect it, my phone is not recognizing it.
And I had to use third party app (Sound about) to make it work.
But even with this app, my life is not easy like before.

Are you seeing error messages, @Aly4? Or is there simply no sound?

If possible, please try a different set of earphones/headphones/headset and see if that works... Also test this using Safe Mode, and see if either your old or alternate earphones/headphones/headset works.

Let us know how you go.

Actually I did not write much, as I see that this is a very common problem and I know that you are aware about it.
And I do not need google translate to write my issue. This was a very rude way to talk to someone by the way.
You should be more professional, when replying.
Take my advice and just think before you type, it might help you in the future.

So, you are asking about my phone and which version.
It is Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual E6833. And it is upgraded to Android 7.1.1 Nougat Version.
Security Patch Level Sep 1, 2017 if needed.
Please let me know, if you require more information.

I am sorry if you took offence to my post, but what you are referring to is my signature... It is shown below all of my posts.

Did you try a different set of earphones/headphones/headset or try to run your smartphone in Safe Mode and see if the problem is still there?

I tried the safe mode with diffrent headphone and still the same.
And there is no error message shown.
Please note that the same headphone when I am using with another phone is working fine.

It sounds like it might be a hardware problem then, @Aly4... You will need to get in touch with your local Sony Customer Care Team and ask for it to be inspected by an Authorized Repair Center.
