Why i can't allow the permition for all of my stuff or even make always on for my screen when i want to install or use something. I was tried from settings but it doesnt work. I am using z3

Ex i want to open the album and there will be a statement that i can't open it causebi didnt give permition to open it. The notification says i can make a permition from settings >application >always on or information of application

You probably deny them, just settings > apps > select the app > clear data > open the app
