Just to clarify, do you have issues with the volume throughout all apps/functions on the phone?

Also, when you say it is uncontrollable, are you unable to increase/decrease the volume or does it fluctuate on it's own?

problem appears to be general, it shows p.e. at Spotify, YouTube, local broadcast et cetera

Using the app the volume suddenly increases to maximum at random moments, differing from about 30 sec till 10 minutes or such, not very pleasant when you use earphones...

When the app's are opened the volume also starts at 100%, or increases to max in seconds
