Since the phone has been paid for,it has become slow, won't keep a charge and no signal. Can someone tell me a reason

Batteries after about 18-24months won't retain charge as new, so that could explain it, as for the phone slowing down, that's probably too many apps running and the internal storage full.

This is what I would do, repair the phone with XC and report back, as for the battery, you have to consider either a power bank or replace the battery
