Hi.

I have this problem:

My Xperia Z5 have grey stripes and dont response any, only are ON , but dont response more than off/on.

Any people help me?

Hi @LUFFY_1983,

I'm sorry to hear this.

This does sound like it is related to your devices hardware. What I would recommend is that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to rule out that anything software related is causing this behavior.

If there is no change I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Hi again!

I send to the company that i buy, they send to official support But the Phone not opened, only tell in the Bill "unrepaired"....not opened, not try....sad.

I use Sony companion to reset the Phone and nothing, are sale that the beginning....

Any idea?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You had your device sent in for repair but it wasn't repaired?

If you are still experiencing this behavior with grey stripes after doing a software repair it is most likely related to your devices hardware. I can only recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and explain the situation to them once again.
