the issue is that you can't slide down the notification bar?

Hi @Alberto_Mtuweta,

As @uliwooly asked, is it a unknown icon you are wondering about or are you unable to access the quick settings menu, or both? If it is a icon you are wondering about it would be very helpful if you could share a screenshot of it. You can take a screenshot by pressing volume down and the on/off key simultaneously.

If you are unable to pull down the quick settings menu I would recommend that you test the responsiveness of your touchscreen. You can do this if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touchscreen. How does the touchscreen behave in this test?

Keep us posted how it goes or if we misunderstood your question.

I decided to backup my data and did a factory reset. The problem is still there. My status bar not sliding down. Honestly its annoying. Please help.

Do you have any extra screen protector on your device? If so I would recommend that you temporarily remove it to see if it may cause this behavior.

Also when you say you reset your device, did you reset your device to factory settings or did you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion? If you haven't tried the latter I recommend that you do so and let us know if there is any change!
