    <description>&lt;P&gt;yesterday night, my Z3 just suddenly shut down. tried pressing on/off button and volume no reaction. phone was at 80++ battery life. Tried to press the yellow button ( card compartment ), no reaction. Tried to use sony companion to fix phone, unable to proceed as phone cannot turn on at all. Please help...... thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
