I can only unlock the screen from a non-pincode state and turn on wi-fi. The phone works fine despite the faulty touchscreen.</P><P>I have tried OTG with mouse but couldn't get past the SIM Card Lock Screen. Tried to take out the SIM Card to access the phone but the OTG/mouse still won't work. I have turned off/on the phone with the OTG/mouse connected.</P><P>I really need some of my messages and the photos I haven't backed up yet. I also have a game I need to backup!
