Hi, my sons phone wont recognise its pattern code. What can a do to unlock it? I have logged into My experia via Gmail and that has not worked.

Hi @Megasky99, welcome to our forum!

When you were logged in on the MyXperia website, could you see the device here? If you can't the MyXperia service has not been activated in the device beforehand which is a requirement for the device to show up on this website. Also make sure that you are logging in to the website using the same Google account that is added in your sons device.

If the MyXperia service was not activated in his phone prior to forgetting the pattern code, I'd recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage and since the phone can't be unlocked, a backup can't be created.
