Text area taking all the screen

Hi everyone,

Since a recent update, I don't know which one, when I want to answer to a text message/whatsapp/Facebook messenger the area for writing is taking all the screen. I preferred the one which you could write and see what people are answerring at the same time.

Does someone know how to fix that?

in the settings for the keyboard (either via the menu or selecting the cog on the keyboard) choose keyboard height and make it the size you want by sliding it up or down

No that is not working, I have already tried it by going both way...

The keyboard came back to normal after several restart...
