Hi supporting team, I have a z5 premium . my Vpn doesn't work. Also I can't download face book or messenger.

I wonder how come SONY unable to find a solutions for these kind of software problems....!!???what makes one upset is the fact that, people around you enjoying using von and fb,meeg.with their cheap devices while me holding an expensive one and yet not doing a small job for me as I need it...
