cant download app in play store

Hi there, im using xperia z2 and i have just managed to download two apps only, each time i try to download all i get is no any progress but pending of download which has not even begun

I'm sorry to hear about this.

There is a couple of things that you can try. First of all, does this occur with all applications you are trying to download?

If that is correct, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play store > storage > Clear data > OK. Try downloading an application now again from the Google Play store.

If there is no change, go back to Settings > Apps and tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system > Download manager > Storage > Clear data and try download an application again.
