Preferred network type can no longer be changed.

Sony is aweful. There products can't even survive a simple bend test.

What network are you using and what are you trying to change to? What mobile device are you using? Are you seeing any error messages?

Are you kidding? What does this have to do with your issue, and how is this even relevant?

Aside from the fact that it is completely unrelated to your issue, it's something that affects virtually every smartphone on the market to varying degrees - including models from Apple (iPhone) and Samsung (Galaxy)!

We're happy to help you in here, but coming in these forums just to trash Sony because they're not invincible when people try to deliberately break them is not going to help your cause... Its counterintuitive and otherwise unhelpful.

The video is relevant because I wear skinny jeans. Sony phones bend too easy. I believe my problem is hardware.

Tried resetting. This phone was never truly durable. Now this is a phone. Glad I have this phone. Bought it for $250. Paid $450 for the Z3. Now I can't use it for back up anymore.

Sony makes garbage. I saw their quarterly report. Their cell phone division is losing money. It's for good reason. Their high end phones are garbage.

How does a company make camera lens only to be out done by a smart phone competitor? The answer is simple. Sony smart phones are completely garbage.

Sony needs to leave the smart phone manufacturing and leave it to the true makers.
