Make sure all your apps are up to date and if they are and the issues still happen, you will need to uninstall your apps until you find the one that is the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do not have a method that I can advise to downgrade your firmware. I apologise for the inconvenience this causes you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject lia-component-message-view-widget-subject"&gt;&lt;DIV class="MessageSubject"&gt;Hi,my phone z3+ has some problems after updating to android 7.1.1,but these problems make me feel annoying.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)i cannot delete my photos in album.I tried to turn out the storage in album and delete all the data in it,i also try to do (find and fix problem)in my album,but I still cannot delete my photos after these process.&lt;BR /&gt;2)i cannot download any apps without play store,when I open the (unknown sources) and download the apps in the wesite,but when I start to install it,there is no access,when I press the button (next),the phone has no response.&lt;BR /&gt;3)i found that I cannot use my words and excel after I update to android 7.1.1.Even though I unstall it,but it still cannot use.&lt;BR /&gt;Can the software repair solve these problems?I don't think so.I don't know why there is a lot of problems after updating and I want to return to android 7.0.I also don't know these problems are android problems or the sony problems.i think this is the worst update and unessessary update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please reply me quickly,if you don't reply me,I will not buy any sony phones in the future.i will tell more people don't buy your devices:-( .thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
