Buenas tardes, tengo una consulta mi celular es un Xperia Z5 Premium, y el problema es que todos los sonidos están muy bien los de multimedia, música videos suenan bien pero cuando alguien me llama el tono de llamada suena super bajo aunque tenga todo el volumen en otras palabras todo se oye bien en los altavoces menos el tono de llama, alguien me dijo que fue después de la actualización 7.1 de Android quería consultar si hay que esperar una reparación de la versión o si hay alguna solución

Just to clarify, are you saying that everything works, even the ringtones but the volume its a lot lower than playing music/videos?

Yes, everything rings high minus the ringtone
