      <description>&lt;P&gt;J'ai contacté le service, c'est due à la mauvaise qualité de vos appareils, il s'agit bien d'un vice caché, mon appareil (en parfait état) n'étant plus garantie, Sony veut me facturer un nouvel écran, comme si le prix initial du téléphone n'était pas assez élevé. On nous vend très cher des produits de mauvaise qualité et il faut qu'on paie.... On nous prend vraiment pour des pigeons. Merci Sony !!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
