topic Corrupt mms in Z Series

I have a Sony Xperia Z5. Have no problems taking photos, sending photos (mms) and receiving photos. However there is one person in my contact list (business partner) that when he sends me a picture message is reads corrupt file. This is the only person I have problems with (and remarkably he also owns an Xperia. I can receive normal text messages from him so the link is there, just not pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

My suggestion would be is to ask this "Contact" to mms someone else and then ask does it show as corrupt for the other person. If answer is yes its most likely the settings on the other "Contact" is not configured correctly.
