NFC problem

After repairing my Xperia Z3 compact with companion, the NFC does not work anymore (before, I had speech recognition and touch-sensitive problems). The other telephone is detected but when the transfer should start, an error message appears.

I don't know what is safe mode, if I have to do it, please explain to me. Thanks.

Here's how to restart your phone into the safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

Hello,

First time the NFC was OK in safe mode, then in "normal" mode and once I could transfer files.

Now NFC don't work at all anymore, any vibration, even in safe mode...
