    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/936356"&gt;@suriyaz5&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you are receiving a call and nothing happens when you swipe to answer, can you drag down the notification bar and tap on "Answer" or "Reject" here?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just so we can make sure that a third party application isn't the cause of this behaviour, try restarting your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and ask a friend, colleague or family member to call your phone and see if you can answer by swiping to the right.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some time incoming call isn't received, I have swipe the answer Portion, but still the phone is ringing and the swipe portion on the screen will hide,this Problem will continue till I restart the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do for it, previously I had faced this problem after getting update to naugot it will solved for while, now this came back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Due to this I have lost some important calls, I need to is any update to solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again and of course you shouldn't have to restart the device every time you are going to answer a call.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Was there any change when the phone was rebooted in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-2"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have had the time to try that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if there is no change while the phone is rebooted in safe mode, try and perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone and reinstall the latest available software again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is advised to create a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;before starting with the repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep me posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
