You may also try different power sources, such as the USB port of a computer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the device completely discharged?&amp;nbsp;In addition, for how long have you tried charging the device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the battery is drained, it may take up to 30 minutes for your device to respond to the charging. During this time, the screen remains dark, not showing the charging icon. Also note that it can take up to 4 hours for a drained battery to charge fully.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;You may also try removing the SIM- and SD cards if you have these mounted to see if that helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
