    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/985658"&gt;@Murad96&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you elaborate a bit on what kind of behaviour you are experiencing&amp;nbsp;with the volume controls?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just like&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/491810"&gt;@YoGem&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;pointed out, when you use the volume up / volume down button when you aren't listening to music / playing a video and so forth you will increase/decrease the volume for both ring tone and notification sounds and while playing media you will increase/decrease the volume for the media being played.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also access the menu for all 3 of types of volumes if you press the small arrow to the right of the volume control that appears when you press on the volume up / volume down button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know a bit more about this and we'll do our best to assist you! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
