How do I turn off message delivery notification on my phone

Hello @Pottsy1 and welcome to the community!

You can turn off native SMS delivery reports from Messaging app -> tap on the 3-dots icon on the top right corner -> Settings -> Delivery report -> Disable.

Bear in mind that some operators will send such delivery reports, if you still get delivery reports after disabling this option then you'll have to contact your operator and ask them to disable this function.
