Software update fails

Hi...hope you're well... I downloaded My sony Xperia software update and when I tap the "install" botton my device turns off amd it starts to install the software update... But when in the middle of it my device starts to restarting and when my device turns on There's a notification that has written "could not install"

Please help me.

Hello @aaamirrr78 and welcome to the community!

Make sure you have enough space on your internal memory prior to the update. You can move media to your SD card if available, you can also clear cached files by going to Settings -> Storage -> wait for the software to calculate storage data -> Tap on "Cached data" -> Confirm deletion
