Dual SIM Function Not Working

Hello,

I have tried to configure dual SIM function as per given by Sony but, it does not work. I get the error "Network error". I know I have full bar coverage for both lines. Or is that function not supported in Malaysia?

Hi @arulrajah,

Sorry to hear about this.

This may be related to the network carrier you are using, in many countries, the 2G network is being removed and as the Xperia Z5 Dual only allows for One SIM 4G/3G and one 2G this may be the cause of the error message.

I suggest contacting the network carrier for the second SIM to find out if they have removed the 2G network.

My Carrier has not removed the 2G network.
