Xperia Z supports the USB Host standard, including HID, USB hub, USB mass storage and USB audio.

I'm no technical freak and no native english speaker, so I can't understand your answer, sorry.

I want to add a 3 in1 Micro USB OTG Hub Adapter to my Xperia Z to connect a mouse and keyboard or flashdrive. Can the Xperia Z handle with it?

I'm sorry for the late reply here. It is possible to connect both a keyboard, mouse and a flash drive to the Xperia Z if you use a USB hub. Depending on the device you connect you may need a hub with an external power supply though so please keep this in mind.
