    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so I take my earphones out my jack and the purple music app keeps on reseting, it acts like I'm taking out and removing my earphones over and over (but I'm not), so it keeps reseting my music therefore I can't listen to any music or hear anyone from my phone, cause the music app keeps reseting. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/981421"&gt;@Wiktorr&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;first of all try to restart your device, if it keeps happening try to clean your jack plug inside to see if there is some dust or debris that can trick the phone to think there's a jack inserted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to try also to restart your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but I am pretty sure the issue is about dust or debris inside the plug.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
