    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , you can try this 2 method :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#&lt;STRONG&gt;Method 1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1. Remove sim card , and sd card from your phone.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Press the red button which is located nearby to the Sim Card reader&amp;nbsp; with needle for sim or&amp;nbsp; toothpick&amp;nbsp; for about 6 second&amp;nbsp;until you hear vibration then releasse and see if the phone boot's up normaly .&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#&lt;/SPAN&gt;Method 2&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.Make sure your phone battery is charged&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Press together Vol + and Power button for&amp;nbsp; few second&amp;nbsp;until you hear vibration then releasse and see if the phone boot's up normaly.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;#Method 3&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Do a Factory&amp;nbsp; Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;#Method 4&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.Go to PlayStore and Search for Google Chrome&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2. Unistall Google Chrome and Reboot normaly your device.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.If the problem is stil there , try to Update Google Chrome and do Reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;#Method 5&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;-Go to PlayStore and try to install another Launcher for your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Good Luck :).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>System UI has stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the second time this has happened with this phone. I get the error message 'Unfortunately System UI has stopped working' there is only an OK button option. This then turns my screen black and I can't do anything with the phone other than shut it down. This happens even after a soft reset and I don't have the time to start anything before it crashes again. Any helpful solutions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Double tapped my screen the other night and it was blank hit the power button and got the clock back and said that the system u I had crashed I restarted it and it happened again but since I've turned it off and on again it's been fine looked in settings support and it said that my system u I had crashed and took me through what to do but seems fine now anyone else had this problem and what causes it thanks ppl.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is related to any new software updates that happen by default by sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve this, first enter into Safe mode of the phone system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 1: When you get the power off screen &lt;STRONG&gt;long press power off option on screen&lt;/STRONG&gt; to go to safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 2: Phone now restarts with Safe mode on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 3:&amp;nbsp;Reset what's new to factory default. Remove any unnecessary apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to remove lots of Sony system apps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This might happen each time, there is a sony apps updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
