Hi everybody.
My Z5 dual, when is in LTE preffered mode, encounters problem in receiving calls. In 3g mode is not so. What I should do?

You mean "set preffered network type"?
I did it before, only in WCDMA preffered my calls are normal. In any other mode with LTE it will be disrupted.

See, When it is on WCDMA preffered mode, it switches by itself, G, E, H+, and calls are normal. On LTE preffered, switches G, E, H+, LTE by itself, and receiving calls will be unstable, so that when someone calls me, will hear nothing, not any beep, or unreachable message from network provider, Nothing!! And I don't receive anything either. And it will become normal again if I try to make a call, or restart phone.

Does the Firmware version match the region you are in?
See if this other setting might be better.

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Do you always experience this when the phone is set to use LTE, or does it only happen in certain places/locations?

Is everything else working fine such as, using mobile data and sending / receiving text messages when you are connected to the LTE network?

If you are using the phone with 2 different SIM cards, is it different service providers, or are they the same? If they are different, could you please try and switch your SIM 2 card to the SIM 1 slot and see if you experience the same behaviour with another service provider?

If you are using the phone with only 1 SIM card, could you try borrowing a SIM card from a friend, colleague or family member and see if there is any change?

Hello everybody,
Specially dear NeoBeom and Jonas.
It's 3 days that I've upgraded to Android 7, and there is no problem yet with LTE preffered mode, and everything is fine. Thanks for your attention, and I'll inform you if any disorder occurs.

I think this issue maybe from the network provider, you can check with them also

Hi again!

I can see that you have registered your phone when creating your account and that the phone is meant for the UAE (United Arab Emirates) market, so If the firmware/software has not been modified in any way, this is the firmware/software version that you have in your phone.

If you go to http://xperiablog.net and download xperifirm, you can check which firmware is currently being pushed OTA for your phone and region

In 'About phone' in settings, it will have the software version you are running
