I have an xperia Z.

The color have faded and it's almost impossible to see anything. It begin as soon as the EXPERIA launch menu. It looks like a color inversion or something like that

It's a software problem, because I had it a few time. But other time turning off the phone and waiting was enough. But this time the color stay very clear.

I tried the "screen" panels in the settings. But it doesn't change anything.

The problem is almost always happening when I'm using chrome with a wikia site (different site but for example http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/ )

I think something in the website ask for a color inversion . But as there is no color inversion (option "negative color -reverses the color of screen) option in Xperia (unlike vanilla android), you can't turn if back.

Is there any solution, or do I have to repair my phone and delete all my data. I've already done a save (one per month) but if I can avoid it, I prefer.

If neither PCC nor SUS work then its a hardware issue and you have to take it to a Sony repair center

I reset my phone with the SUS and the problem is still there.

So the problem must have been random for a few time and is now permanent.

I will take it in shop.

I'm trying to restore my phone using the sony companion, just in order to test for the future.

He says to me he will not be able to restore a lot of thing because some applications aren't any more on the phone.

Does this mean that the sony companion doesn't do a full save, but that you have to recustomize it fully before restauring ?
